Nestled on the edge of the Chilterns in Bourne End, along the banks of the River Thames, this extraordinary residential development seamlessly blends six exclusive mansion houses with lush woodlands and ancient groves. With everyday convenience, thanks to a train link to London Paddington and proximity to the charming towns of Beaconsfield, Marlow, and Maidenhead, Bucksbourne Park offers an idyllic haven. Set close to Windsor Great Park and amidst an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it stands as a tranquil yet opulent enclave where grandeur meets natural splendour.
Work included strategy, art direction, design and all relevant marketing material for the launch of this new exclusive development of homes.

Brand essence
Six mansion homes
The number 6 is considered lucky in Feng Shui, because it means ‘flow’ in Chinese. The number 6 also represents happiness and blessings. As per numerology, the number 6 signifies domestic happiness, harmony and stability.
For this reason I used six points as a design grid to base the iconography for the six homes and overarching identity for a seamless aesthetic.
A modern rosette
A modern rosette serves as an icon of opulent living, seamlessly blending grandeur with the beauty of nature, encapsulating the essence of this development.
