Estate of Mind campaign
Set within 79 acres of undulating parkland in an idyllic corner of the Royal County of Berkshire, Sunningdale Park is a community of homes situated within a country estate re-imagined for 21st-century living.
The campaign for Sunningdale Park played on the words ‘estate’ and ‘state,’ delivering a powerful yet simple living statement: ‘Estate of Mind.’ Various imagery highlighting the aspirational lifestyle was used to convey this message across multiple platforms.
The creative work included design and art direction, brand guidelines, logo development, street and phase naming, signage and hoarding, marketing suite graphics, brochures, email design, social media, and print advertising.
