Redhouse Road campaign

To deliver an emotive campaign whilst being kept simple in its delivery. The message needed to be customer focused and hone in on the benefits of being at SEGRO Park, Croydon, Redhouse Road. The key selling points to deliver on were quality, value and convenience.

The result was a campaign that humanises the offering, drawing in the audience by making positive and comparible associations with ‘home’ whilst not losing sight on its selling points and proposition.

Work included, strategy, art direction and delivery of campaign across multiple channels.
